Virgin cocont oil is made from fresh, moist coconut meat, which has been cold pressed carefully to ensure optimum quality. Contains good amount of medium chain fatty acids (MCFA). Consist of saturated fat 90%. Another 5% belongs to MUFA (monounsaturated fat) and 5% (PUFA-polyunsaturated fat)
